Once upon a Tuesday in April, Bianca and Tony were wed. It was a picture perfect day at one of our favourite Sunshine Coast hinterland venues to style, Spicers Clovelly Estate.
The French Provincial style luxury estate in Montville was the ideal setting for the styling concept we settled on: modern elegance. After meeting with bride Bianca and her lovely mum, Diana, I worked closely with our friend and florist, Sandi, from Willow Bud. Together we fine-tuned the concept design, having been given the freedom to run with Bianca and Diana’s vision. We love when our clients trust us to bring their dreams to life!
Ceremony Styling
Armed with the “modern elegance” concept and a colour palette of white, ivory, nude and soft blush, Sandi and I got to work doing what we do best together. We chose our white timber plinths for the ceremony floral displays, which spectacularly framed the couple as they said their vows. Guests watched from the comfort of our white Bentwood chairs.
Reception Styling
In a continuance of style, we set the long family-style reception tables with our pure white linen table cloths and textured white linen napkins. Decoratively, we chose taper candles in white, nude, stone and blush to complement the floral centrepieces. Each guest place was finished with a fresh rose bloom.
The Library Deck at Spicers Clovelly Estate always offers the opportunity to wow your guests with a hanging floral installation. It’s safe to say, Bianca and Tony’s guests were impressed as they enjoyed their meals beneath two magical installations.
